ALL ABOUT EDUCATION
Simply, lawyers need to change the way data is handled in litigation to keep up with technology, but they can’t change their usual process unless they are confident that the changed process works. EDI's mission is to provide education to the legal community, giving these lawyers the confidence they need to make this change. Below you will find links to various publications including those authored by members of the Electronic Discovery Institute's Board of Directors. These publications reflect the ever-expanding scope of our mission to measure, report and educate about technologies used in litigation and investigations, and particularly in the litigation discovery arena.
