The DIVERSITY MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Mentoring is a partnership that gives individuals the opportunity to share professional and personal knowledge, skills, and experiences to promote growth and development in their careers. The EDI Diversity Commitee has identified mentoring as a key component of its mission to foster diversity in the electronic discovery community.
The EDI Diversity Committee is excited to officially launch Phase Two of the Diversity Mentorship Program. We are currently accepting new applicants who would like to participate as mentors or mentees. New mentorship pairings will be announced as part of an official informational launch call that will take place on in the New Year.
The Mentorship program was pioneered as part of the EDI Diversity Initiative in 2017. The program was created to provide our community with an opportunity to foster career development and growth for the next generation of eDiscovery industry leaders.
For a complete overview of the Mentorship Program, including its mission, roles and responsibilities, expectations and applicant qualifications and requirements, please reference the Program Charter document located at the button below.
